Meeting of the Masters Conferences
"As a student/visitor to the Indiana 'Meeting of the Masters'
seminar this past weekend, I wanted to thank all of those responsible
for putting on one of the best and well-organized martial arts seminars
I've ever attended. Being a black belt and primarily continuing my studies
through seminars, I must say it was a great honor to be a guest at the
conference. The atmosphere, Christian fellowship, and just the warmth
that was offered to me and the others there was just tremendous. I would
like to become a member of the GMAU so I can help in the spread of this
great organization and the Christian martial arts."

"The Gospel Martial Arts Union National Conference in
Indianapolis took place this past weekend. WOW! I am not sure if you
were skeptical because it was a Christian-based conference or had other
things planned. I have to tell you, WOW! I must say that I have never
been to a conference where the 'attitude or pride' was checked at the
door, not to say any of these people had it, I am just trying to make
a point. No one there tried to convert you to his or her style, no
one had the 'tough guy' attitude, and during the Friday night grappling
and full-contact competition there was a different kind of spirit
in the competitors. I know I have not done the conference justice in
these few words. It would be impossible to express everything in full
here. We will just have to be ready for the next one!"
